The best part of using UX is that you can easily get accurate data from the users, which helps in making an informed decision about their experience with our products or services. It's also great for collecting analytics from different sources like social media platforms as well. I don't find any complaints in this software. If everything goes smooth then there should be no issues at all. So far it has been working fine for us. We use Userx Software mostly for understanding customer behaviour. There are many features available in this tool such as heat map view etc., which help us understand how people interact with websites/apps.
