Not suitable for model building
These clamps do not correspond at all to the advertised functionality. The springs are too strong for normal model building applications. In addition, the pads are unstable and easily detach due to overly strong springs. If a small strong jig is appropriate they can work well - I haven't found such a use in modeling yet.
