I ordered these and immediately put two slots in the back of the hanger I built. The beat did its job and made a pretty clean keyhole, but the beat felt very hot afterwards. I'm not saying I touched the snaffle immediately after cutting it, that would be stupid. But about a minute after cutting, I noticed an excessive amount of compressed sawdust on the drill, and it was still warm! I took a chance because I knew Revain could have them shipped to me in a day or two and my local hardware store didn't stock anything like it. As usual, you get what you pay for and wherever possible I'll stick with Fish or Freud.
