The integration with Zoom makes it easy to communicate with our clients when they need us the most. We are able to easily create groups during meetings for better collaboration. Our calls are now more organized and easier to track for billing purposes. It's a little difficult to use at first but once you get used to it it starts to make sense. There isn't anything I dislike about this software. It has been very helpful in creating a more collaborative environment. The best part of this software for me personally has been that it's easy enough so I can use without having any technical knowledge at first but also gives you everything needed if need be with more advanced features easily available through training or support staff members! Nothing really as well we have made some customization changes here n there which was simple because they were very willing taht help us out where ever possible even when not required by their own end!
