After reading the reviews of these socks, some comments say they run small. That is the point. Despite the fact that they are dense, it is the lack of volume that prevents the appearance of corns. I won't say they're perfect, but so far they're the best I've found. They tend to have loose threads inside, but I don't think this interferes with their work. In fact, I usually wear all my socks inside out as, for some unknown reason, socks tend to be softer on the outside than on the inside. This is the only way to eliminate friction on the foot. I like that they are lightweight, dense and wick moisture as advertised. They're not tight enough to mark my ankle. They don't slip, but they also don't offer shims if that's what you're looking for. Padding isn't a waste when you're wearing it to protect against blisters. I find that the bulkier the socks are, the more blisters I get. I love it.
