We recently moved and needed to remove the Limeink cartridges from our Brother printer for the movers to pack them up. Ordered another set of cartridges to reconfigure the printer, received them very timely but for reasons unknown my Brother printer was unable to recognize the new cartridges. Called Limeink and spoke to a support rep who asked pertinent questions and realized the cartridges might be bad and sent a new replacement set overnight! Everything worked great: new cartridges load perfectly and print very well.
