product is ok. Customer service is TERRIBLE! I bought it new from Revain. The box was opened but not even taken out, just resealed. We take everything out of the box and spend about 30 minutes assembling it only to realize that we have two identical sliding doors, not one each. It doesn't fit and makes it difficult to open. I think no problem, I will email them as it is a packaging error and they will send me the door I am missing. NO! They tell me to send it back to Anya and order from them. Once you've assembled one of these, you'll understand why it's not an option. I don't spend another 30 minutes taking it apart, packing it, sending it back, getting another one, taking it apart and putting it back together. So frustrating! Terrible customer service!
