It's big and impressive. Clark Griswald would be proud. Very easy to set up. Four pegs through each of the motor legs and four guy wires and posts for installation in the ground. I found it was so big that the wind was blowing it. The little pins on the motor feet didn't get along with my sandy Florida soil. So I took two pieces of wood and screwed four screws into the motor's legs. Then I added two more guy ropes with tent pegs for more stability. Be sure to tie a tauntline hitch knot to the guy lines so you can easily take up any slack lines. Now he is stable. Add a wireless remote switch so you don't even have to go outside to turn it on and off. The motor takes 3.5 minutes to inflate mine but is powerful enough to fully inflate it even if the fabric is wet from the rain and it's standing upright. Good item!
