This is probably what you need.
The worm gear is the most likely cause of the mixer running but not mixing. After reading that the worm gear is designed to fail, I bought two packs. It was about half the price per piece and I would need another one at some point. I received the parts package as promised. As a layman it wasn't hard for me to fix with a tube. Order a repackaging lube and make sure you have a pair of punches, a Phillips head screwdriver and a regular screwdriver.
