So I work with a lot of Macs and Komputerbay is usually my brand. This time I got bad RAM, contacted them directly via email and still haven't heard from them almost a month later. I may switch from my favorite brand to a brand that responds in a timely manner. I ended up buying this from a store and spending money on it twice to get the job done SMH.
