This straightener is a total letdown. Not only does it fail to straighten hair properly, but it also leaves it looking frizzy and damaged. The V shaped plates are useless and make the process even harder to achieve a good result. The only pro is that it heats up quickly, but it doesn't make up for its poor performance. Save your money and invest in a better styling tool instead.
