I only have this for blue lighting. The lighting is not even the same as in the picture. Both ports appear to be illuminated by the same light source, but one port is much more illuminated than the other. Also, at least on the Chevy Express, you can't close the port cover as advertised. I didn't mean to, I just mentioned it. It fits perfectly, it doesn't look like it's attached to anything, it looks like it's built into your dashboard or console. Especially if you have a black dashboard. The only flaw I found relates to the one piece design. If you unplug it without holding it, you're pulling everything out. Most chargers do this or fail partially. But we always leave the device shut down to prevent this from happening. However, because it fits into the dash so easily, it looks like it's built into the dash, so passengers using it unplug the USB connector like they're taking it out of the computer and unplugging the adapter. A minor inconvenience, but I am sure that one day the adapter will accidentally end up in someone's pocket or purse.
