Works really well. Duration of relief as expected - about 1 to 1.5 hours.
I purchased this for my wife in order to help a medical condition which causes extreme pain externally. She had been using store bought over the counter lidocaine from big box stores - also about 4% strength, liquid and dry spray. They don't even come close to this product. She says that this is better than anything she has ever used before. She has been looking for something comparable for years, and this seems to be it. I highly recommend.
