Overview Includes Manufacturer's Instructions

Mekeda Tech Radio I ended up buying both models of this radio because one was out of stock when I returned it. So they are slightly different, so I will review both. The 32GB model has a slightly different bezel, and the knobs and buttons look and feel a little cheaper made out of plastic than the other model. The blue wire harness that goes to the radio had a part that didn't fit properly on the back of the radio and I had to unclip the clip to make it work. It also shows the temperature in C on the main screen no matter what I choose from the menu. In addition, the cable for triggering the reversing camera did not work on this model. I scanned the entire system and found that it was the radio itself that the camera was not picking up. So I ordered a 64GB model. I like the feel of the knobs and knobs better on this one and the blue wiring harness has a different configuration on the connectors so they weren't interchangeable but the wiring harness made up for the radio in all places. Installing this wiring harness to the base of the radio will display your temperature and airflow settings on the main screen. Otherwise, you're just guessing what settings you're using. One of my speakers hums a bit on this one (not the other). On both models, autoplay worked, audio playback from USB and Bluetooth, and the radio worked. I haven't tried screen mirroring. What I learned from the manufacturer. First you need to update the system to the desired car model. You need WiFi for this. I just had to borrow some free wifi outside of my local fast food restaurant. The menu for this is: settings-car settings-additional settings-8888-car model-dao jun-honda-accord7-single or double. Then wait for it to update the MCU and select the logo. After that, click on the cogwheel in the upper corner and then on "Update system" and another update will start. At this point you can go to the main screen and look at APPS (not Settings) and select the Auto Settings app. There you can select F or CI and find another level of options in this advanced settings menu with code 123456. The manufacturer also gave me codes 0000 for locking the car door and 5678 for setting the backlight, but I can't find a place where entering one of these codes will work. I was also told that the factory reset password is also 8888 but no luck with that either. Rear Camera Trigger Wire: The manufacturer described it as the third wire from the radio side of the blue harness, black first, then red, then this wire. It is brown in color and is marked "Backside". It also took me a while to figure out Bluetooth, so press the Bluetooth button in apps, then the Bluetooth settings icon, then search for Bluetooth connections on your phone and select Auto (carkit_blink) and then enter the code shown into the phone on your car screen i had 0000 for both radios. I've seen a lot of questions about air vents and initially had this problem as well. After you select and update a model, pressing the mode button will change which vents blow. I am also attaching two photos that were sent to me by the manufacturer and are not on this list.
