The customer service from 1st domains was excellent and their technical support team are always willing to assist us when we need them. I personally had a query regarding renewals and they answered me immediately and resolved the issue. Their prices are competitive compared to other registrars and their fees structure is easy to understand. I found it hard at first to find the correct contact details as some emails were sent directly to admin instead of the person who actually owns the domain name. After getting used to the process though this didn't seem to happen anymore. They offer 24 hour email and phone support which is great if you ever get stuck!
