we had to send it back because the switches cannot be exchanged. The keyboard is amazing. Even responds to noise. But my son wanted hot swappable switches. Then the nightmare began. They let you print their label. I picked it up and went to ups. Send it. The package arrived after 2 days. It says - return center etc. I returned UPS. We sent again. The same thing happened. So I had to pay for shipping via FedEx. Terrible experience. I'll see if I can do it. Recognition!
