Below is my first review. The seller contacted me immediately after reading this and asked me to make some very simple changes to the environment to see if I could fix the problem on my end. Nothing helped and they immediately sent a replacement without having to pack up and send back the original lamp. Their emails were quick and responsive and they took great care of me as a customer. The replacement works very well and I don't encounter the original problem described below. Very happy with the purchase as was my daughter. Thank you!——————— This lamp was easy to assemble and I love the look and brightness. The only downside I have is that the lamp's touch function is extremely sensitive and will change the lighting settings on its own by simply placing a phone or book on the table it's standing on. I have resorted to unscrewing the light bulb or unplugging the lamp when my 8 year old daughter is playing in her room. There's no point in having a lamp if I have to unplug it.
