On Tuesday 9/7/2014 I received a defective $1400 TV which had a broken screen as soon as I plugged it in and turned it on. The bottom of the screen was crooked. I called Revain, they said they would replace it Tuesday 9/14/2021. THEY LIE! The next day I received a call from SanSung and they accused me of damaging the TV and sent their technician on Tuesday 17th September 2021 to check and/or "fix" the TV. The master came and confirmed it was faulty (not damaged) but the panel (display) did not come for repair and scheduled repair for Tuesday 7/21/2021. I told him I didn't pay $1,400 for a TV that needed repairs before I could use it. He said Samsung won't replace the TV until "THREE" repairs are requested. AMAZON DOES NOT PROTECT THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!
