The most unprofessional customer service manager I have ever met.

My husband got a super jaw when he opened it was a broken part, he called customer service for this product and actually contacted the account manager. Your emails to my husband were very rude and condescending. She sent what I believe to be a fillable questionnaire that could not be filled out. She also already had all the requested information as she had a copy of the order, its name, address and product numbers; he told her it wasn't meant to be filled, otherwise he would have. She emphasized and used her responses to his efforts to let her know he couldn't answer the questions. She didn't call him smart enough to fill her up. I would comment on her professionalism but she didn't have it. When all customer service is reflected in the Custer Service Manager, don't expect much. My husband was told he cannot buy a broken part there and they will not ship except for one of the broken part if he wants to buy an extra one if they break again shipping is more than one part to find out . I tried to get my husband to complain to the company owner but he wouldn't. The product is really good and my husband is really impressed but the customer service manager only gave zero stars!
