I bought this iron because I found it very good in terms of steam. Actually the vapor was good. However, the cable stopped working after two months. Conair's policy is that you must cut the cord and send them a photo before they process any claims. I did this (see my photo) and emailed them. Two weeks later they said they would send a new iron as soon as possible. A month later (we're already six weeks after cutting the umbilical cord) NOTHING - NOT A WORD when I call and they tell me it's in line and they're hoping to get 36 new ones in the next few days and it's going to be one or two take weeks to send me a replacement. I asked for my money back and they say maybe they will approve a refund maybe not. In the meantime I'll buy another iron - definitely not Conair.
