It has been very helpful as we can manage our store with ease because it automatically tracks all sales from any device (computer or phone). We love how easily to access information about customer's buying habits at different locations around us! Sometimes I have difficulty reading some small texts within dashboard so sometimes when searching for certain texts they are not highlighted which creates an issue, but other than this everything works perfectly. They could improve accuracy by adding more filters regarding date range etc! Try out first if you need something similar but want easy usage without wasting much time getting used to software setup process. Since we started utilizing their system, sales volume increased up to 20%. It's very user friendly for someone like me who has no coding experience at all. I was able to set up my store within minutes! There are some minor bugs here and there but they're easy fixes once you know how it works. We've been able to track everything from customer activity to sales volume with this system. As far as tracking our inventory goes, we can see exactly what products have sold and which ones haven't. This helps us make better decisions about product placement.
