It's easy to integrate with multiple apps (PointRoll specifically). I dislike how infrequently we receive reports after implementing pointroll; but overall it has been positive experience! It has been very helpful as we can manage our store with ease because it automatically tracks all sales from any device (computer or phone). We love how easily to access information about customer's buying habits at different locations around us! Sometimes I have difficulty reading some small texts within dashboard so sometimes when searching for certain texts they are not highlighted which creates an issue, but other than this everything works perfectly.
