Impossible - Clamps

If I had access to a plumbing course I might understand. There were no instructions for this. The metal is extremely strong and difficult to cut or bend, making it impossible to get through all the required holes. My husband and I both played around with it for quite a while and we could never get the metal strap through the clasp. I threw it away.
