Works well for disconnecting winch power
I installed one of these to disconnect power from a Smittybilt X2O winch on my Jeep's front bumper. Connected to one of the internal auxiliary switches, it cuts off the battery power so that the cable does not become constantly hot in the event of an accident. Works perfectly!
