This review is for the Suptek Articulating Arm LCD TV Wall Mount. how. The installation guide was easy. The mounting of the monitor arm on the wall worked well. Temples/hinges are rigid but moveable. I had some trouble installing the VESA adapter on the monitor. The screws that came with it were about half an inch too long and there wasn't room or enough washers for the screws to fit snugly into the adapter. This may be because the monitor is a cheaper Korean panel (qnix 27, 1440p). No star deduction for this as including all the different screws and dozens of washers wouldn't help most people with compatibility. I should have checked the monitor before installing it. Connecting the VESA adapter to the monitor was easy, but the vertically mounted monitor didn't want to stay in place. It tilts sideways at an angle of about 10 degrees. I tightened the screw on the VESA adapter but that didn't help. This may be due to the monitor being unbalanced in weight and I feel like a horizontally mounted monitor doesn't have this issue, nevertheless I'm removing a star as I had to attach a couple of zip ties to keep it upright. I also didn't see any mention or mechanism for changing the tilt as the product mentions 20 degrees of tilt. I couldn't figure out how. one star for that. Overall you get what you pay for. This is an incredible price for a monitor mount, but there are a few issues that need to be addressed.
