Review on ๐Ÿ“š Scotch Self-Seal Laminating Pouches: 25 Pack, Letter Size (LS854-25G-WM) - Easy & Efficient Lamination Solution by Pop Henneghan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Self-laminating scotch sheets work well but can be a bit tricky to use.

These self-laminating plastic cases work very well. They are called self-laminating because their use does not require a laminating machine (which provides heat). I also have a Scotch Heat laminator. Self-laminating pouches (pouches) are thicker and stiffer than even 5 mil. heat-laminate pouches. These self-laminating bags stay flat, while thermal bags always create a slightly curved or deformed lamination. On the other hand, heat seal pouches produce a slightly more transparent end product, without the tiny white bubbles found in self-laminating pouches. However, unless you do a direct comparison, you probably won't even notice the tiny bubbles. These self-laminating bags can be tricky to use as they tend to trap large air bubbles if you're not careful. The instructions for using self-laminating pouches are very confusing, and it's best to practice on a piece of paper first. Note that if you trap air bubbles and then try to peel the adhesive, you can damage the original document.
