Assembly was easy, easy to assemble, the rack didn't move after installation. I used different mounting screws than the ones that came with the rack. All hardware fit without any major problems.I had to use washers when installing the switch because the switch mounting bracket holes were too big for the screws.There are several models for cheaper 4U but most of them are on the sides which I can use I'm using a switch, solid side-mount fans, and I need an open frame rack for heat dissipation, plus there are more cable management options TRENDnet 24-Port Blank Keystone
