Review on 📻 Black Kaito KA200 Pocket AM/FM Radio by Patrick Reid

After reading the occasional negative reviews here we ordered three of these KA200s and did a 'quality control study'. And of course we have two gems and a lemon. The two gems are great. One Lemon had poor reception - compared to the same stations - average signal strength. ----- But two gems are special. Excellent reception and sound quality. Kaito radios have a sound clarity and projection that's really good for talk radio. The spoken word is easy to understand. Even at low volume, you can hear voices clearly. This clear sound quality can be addictive. After listening to them, some other radio stations may sound confusing. We have three other Kaito models - KA11, KA123 and KA210. These other models also have good clear sound. Maybe there's something special about Kaito's speakers, or maybe the sound design. This KA200 is small and light - see photo above. Almost invisible in the shirt pocket. Ideal for walking - razor-sharp sound quality blocks out background noise such as wind or traffic. It would be nice if it had a bracelet connector.
