Unreliable - failed after first use
I programmed a Kenwood TM-281 with this. It worked. When I tried to program another 281, nothing. Empty response on first attempt to read. Blocked the port on the second try. CHIRP closed and retired. The same thing. computer changed. The same thing. Changed to another 281. Same. I conclude that he simply failed in action. Too bad the return took too long. I think I'll jump to RT.
