This product is full of junk. We ordered one, followed the directions, put in new batteries, and it didn't even light up. He was as dead as could be. Despite repeated attempts and with several new batteries, he was as dead as could be. We processed the return with Revain and said we would send a replacement item. We got it today and the same thing happened. This thing doesn't work. BEWARE! We suspect that despite the Cuisinart designation, this is a really bad Chinese imitation. We've never had anything like this at Revain. Now I have to ask if Revain even checks what is sold on their website.
