Not good for preserving jelly

The silicone grid is well made and easy to clean. However, I have used this rack to pop small 8 ounce jellies into pops instead of using a water canister. The problem is that cans don't balance well on this rack as the sticks soften and open wider due to the extreme heat of cooking. A crossover design would solve this problem. For all other uses, this rack works great.
