As I learn more about proteins and try more and more products, the best ones stand out. This product stands out. Basically I'm looking for 4 things: a high quality protein blend, a clean product (as few additives, fillers, artificial sweeteners as possible), mixability and taste. This product contains 83% protein per serving thanks to the use of hydrolyzed whey, whey isolate and micellar casein and is lightly sweetened with cane sugar and stevia. So far so good! The flavor is subtle with chocolate with an underlying sweetness that isn't overpowering like a fast food milkshake. The only downside to this powder for me is that it doesn't mix completely in the shaker. I'm a bit picky and don't like to drink even the smallest globs. I haven't tried blender yet, but it might work. Overall a quality product, especially if you're trying to use a pure protein blend.
