After numerous doctor visits and tests to relieve chronic leg cramps. no positive results. A friend recommended Smart Water. It seemed to help a bit, but at $2+ a bottle I couldn't afford it (I'm 75/on a steady income). After some research it appeared that the solution could be electrolytes in water. Further research and reading reviews of the various electrolyte powders available led me to the keto electrolyte powder. I am not a doctor, chemist or nutritionist. All I know is that this product works for me! I no longer jump out of bed in the middle of the night with very painful leg cramps! For your information. I use a glass a month and am currently on my third glass. I have never written a review like this before but it helped me so much that I wanted to share my experience and hope it can help you too. . I have recommended it to several of my friends.
