So the screws are pretty good quality and the little metal key doesn't seem to break easily if too much force is applied. And everything is fine and everything. However, this product has a significant disadvantage that makes it practically unusable as a "security theft[.] closure". On the back, the bolts are attached with ordinary hex nuts. If someone tried to run off with your license plate, they probably wouldn't take a two-pin wrench, but they most likely would take a hex wrench. Another note, if you have a California license plate, the black caps will not fit the top right screw because of the "L" in "CAL".
