Very cute little fan! It really serves a purpose - for us. This is for a bedroom in a room for boys aged 11 and 12. The room, 15 feet by 15 feet, is too small for two adolescent boys. We decided to streamline what we have and get both loft beds to give them all the floor space. Apparently, in this small room with two bunk beds and two adolescent boys, a full-blown fan could rip out an eye or an ear. some. I mean come on they are 11 and 12 years old. Anyway, small room, two boys, this is the perfect fan! It's ridiculously quiet. If you're looking for that white noise fan sound; you won't find him here - nothing, it's quiet here! The guys say they don't feel the breeze but I think that's more because they are in bunk beds because I can feel the breeze when I turn them on. I don't feel the pinwheel blowing towards me, but I do feel a nice, calm breeze. We love it and it works great for us!
