I originally gave them 3 stars (read update) 2 out of 3 cables worked. They work great. But the third got very weak (because it was plugged in) and because it was loose it would lose connection or not charge my phone unless I was holding it with my hand. Also, the braid on two of my three cables was a little loose or showing signs of security, but I used a lighter and that fixed it quickly. I think if the connectors (mini USB) on these cables were made a little better they would be amazing. I particularly liked the length. But since the connections suck, I only give it 3 stars. If the company were willing to replace my crappy cable, I'd adjust my rating. Until then I won't. UPDATE: (as of March 23, 2018) has contacted their customer service representative (Vanessa). Let me tell you that Vanessa was amazing, very helpful and willing to make me a happy customer by changing cables. It wasn't just about replacing cables, Vanessa wanted to know what could be done to improve her product and accepted my suggestions. They have made me a happy customer and I will definitely buy from them again when I need cables again, which happens quite often. The cables are amazingly long, the braiding allows the cables to wrap nicely and feels and looks really good too. I have updated my product review due to the excellent customer service they provided in replacing my damaged or faulty cable.
