Terrible puncher
Terrible puncher. I ordered this igloo because I flew to my son's house for a week without checked baggage and wanted to work on my project there. After I threaded the punch needle, it didn't work properly. I even tried starting over but no luck. Now I have to return it before I can fly home and I only received a return code. While I'm here I don't have the opportunity to go to the UPS store. Why didn't I receive a label to print out?
