You can't go wrong with this

This is a very easy to use product. I am NOT a coffee expert and based on reviews I bought this model for my wife as a Christmas present. This is honestly a great product. There is no automatic shutdown, so you need to reduce the time. I calculated that a shot of espresso is ready in about 20 seconds. The cream is excellent. The steamer works great and makes a great latte. love the product. I have the 20 bar version and find it worth the nominal difference in price.
