Review on ⌚️ Timex Men's Easy Reader Day-Date Expansion Band Wristwatch by Renee Vinith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Affordable day-ate watch that looks twice the price

This watch is my replacement for a Seiko automatic watch with a date and day of the week display. Even though Timex watches are relatively cheap, I still needed the watch to look good and show the day of the week and date. Reading the reviews I was concerned that the flexible metal bracelet might be too small but it turned out to be ok and I even had to remove one of the thin links. It also has a nice indigo light which my Seiko doesn't have. As for battery life. I have no idea. Here are a few more useful details. Since I'm only 165 pounds and there was only one thin link on the watch strap, if you're over 180 pounds the metal flex strap will likely be undersized. Timex sells similar watches with extended metal bands and I would order one if you weigh over 180 pounds. Contrary to some reviews, the stem is also fairly easy to pull out to set the time and date, but you need to know how. The sides and top of the stem are embedded in the watch case. So to pull the stem out you have to slide your finger UNDER the stem where there is a gap between the stem and the housing.
