I like how you can see exactly what your user's are looking at, who they're interacting with (people or pages), when they visit websites/apps etc. The analytics tool looks very outdated compared too modern tools out there - no zoom in features! You need this if its just about having'stats' of where people go online but not so much getting insights into why users behave as such. We have started using 24h support from our agency which makes things run smoothly after we found ourselves struggling through problems before contacting them.
