Insights into Communications and Client experience

The tool has helped us in understanding our clients' needs, their expectations from different channels of communication (email/phone calls). It also helps me understand how my team performs at certain stages or phases during client onboarding process. I haven't found anything so far which can be considered as negative point about this software - maybe because we are just getting started but there's nothing yet! WATr analytics tool - basic but it gets the job done

I like how you can see exactly what your user's are looking at, who they're interacting with (people or pages), when they visit websites/apps etc. The analytics tool looks very outdated compared too modern tools out there - no zoom in features! You need this if its just about having'stats' of where people go online but not so much getting insights into why users behave as such. We have started using 24h support from our agency which makes things run smoothly after we found ourselves struggling…
