Insights into Communications and Client experience

The tool has helped us in understanding our clients' needs, their expectations from different channels of communication (email/phone calls). It also helps me understand how my team performs at certain stages or phases during client onboarding process. I haven't found anything so far which can be considered as negative point about this software - maybe because we are just getting started but there's nothing yet! We have been able solve most problems regarding improving communications within 24hrs time frame by using insights provided through analytics done via tools like these mentioned above.

  • Good user experience for both new users who don’t know much abotn it & those experts too looking forward towards sharing good feedbacks after they get familiarized around features offered under product / service offerings
