Review on 🐈 Zodiac 13-Inch Breakaway Flea and Tick Collar for Cats by William Bradford

Our indoor/outdoor cat has a medium to long coat and 99% of the time we found ticks on his neck and had to use a tick remover to get them off the poor guy's neck. Since (March 2016) we have been using the Zodiac Breakaway flea and tick collar, we have not found a tick on it and the collar came off once while it was on. Not sure how as we found it on the floor. One thing to note is that in addition to using this product, we also give our cat a Capstar tablet (monthly/as needed) for fleas and dust her with flea and tick powder (monthly/as needed). When the 3 products were used together, we noticed a significant reduction in ticks and no fleas in our cat. I plan to change the collar in August for maximum protection in the fall season. Tip: We write the date we last gave him a collar, capstar, or floo powder on the package so we can keep track of when the month ended. In the winter months, we deliberately avoid cans because our climate doesn't need them.
