Excellent Service, Fantastic Customer Support

I've been using server for years and have never had any problems - but this is new to me! We just purchased one last week that has an issue. This can not be. So frustrating not being able to work from home or my hotel room without having constant issues. Our IT tech and network admin was there for 2 days straight only because everything else at he office shut down in the middle of a client site update when he couldn't get into his webmail account. Can't even access our files via DropBox now- we need them to stay up during business slowdowns! It is important that things remain consistent so clients don't lose faith in us as their service provider. The customer support is great. They respond to tickets within minutes and are very knowledgeable. The interface is easy to use and the customer service is great. I have had very little issues with the service. I have recommended this to other companies and no one has had any issues. Hostwinds has been great for our business. I have used other services in the past and Hostwinds is by far the best. We have been able to host our website and email at Hostwinds and have been very happy with the service.
