Seems ready.
This strap is definitely stronger than the ones I've had in the past. While I don't want to get stuck, this should definitely help if needed. Bracket and bracket are solid. The D-ring has raised lettering and appears to be well made. I wasn't planning on using the bag it came in, but it's also very well made. The tension latches are separated from the carrying handles.
