This is exactly what I needed at work. 240/800 grit

I work in a cow processing factory and my knives need to be sharp and this stone is the perfect grit to get them razor sharp in a hurry. This is the second one I've bought but the first rock lasted 3 pairs of knives for a blade splitter so yeah price vs quality vs razor speed.

Pros
