Easy to use, great customer service, and great communication

I like that this is an easy to use service, it's so simple for patients in their own home or at work! It makes life easier because you don't need someone there all of time when they're sick--you can manage everything remotely while ensuring proper care during these times as well!! The ability to be able see what appointments are upcoming without having them open up my phone calendar each day has been extremely helpful too since we have several people working together here from different states/cities sometimes! Sometimes i wish its available 24 hours but thats minor quibble compared to how much peace-of mind knowing our clients will receive quality medical attention even if ill away myself (or any one else) I love how fast and how easy it is to use. It's great that everything can be done through their website, which helps when you are in a different state. I wish they had more features available for free. We use it as a way to communicate with our members and keep them updated about what's going on with their insurance. It makes it easier for us to help our members understand their coverage.
