The strap is very comfortable. I like it much more than the original and others I've tried. It's about pens. They come separate from the strap in a tiny piece of plastic taped to the inside of the box. It's a whole different thing getting out if you don't rip open the box. When I attached the strap to my Fitbit, the pins didn't stay in. I dropped one and it took forever to find it because it's so small. The biggest problem I had was when I took off my wristband to charge my Fitbit. The pens fell out immediately. The original description states that they remain after the initial fortification. I followed the instructions and wiggled the tape but unfortunately to no avail. Luckily they sent a third/spare pen as one was lost due to a fall. I still like the strap for its convenience, but when the pins fall out I'm not sure it will last.
