Anyone can sell, when there's a problem, you know how good the company is. My first EGR valve failed and I am fully aware that this can happen. When I told them about it, they gave me a replacement the same day. I received a replacement valve before I had time to remove the faulty one. I had 30 days to return the original free of charge.
