Easy to hold and change blade.

According to the description, it has different numbers of blades that can be used. You can use regular razor blades sold here. I've used Diamond Astra blades (Russian) and Derby Extra blades (Turkish) as well as some regular American blades my boss gave me, they all work great. I'm sure most other reversible blades will work here, I just haven't tried them. Keeps the blade in a good curve and snaps securely into the mount so the blade doesn't pop out like my other lame ones when hitting inclusions in the dough. If you bake a lot of bread, you know it's a pain.
